Service
Even the best product won´t last forever. With skilled service machines can maintain best possible condition as long as possible. Our strength is well trained staff, because good expertise can be achieved only by training and practice. Nugget Oy has delivered hundreds of numerical machine tools to customers. In cooperation with our suppliers we have trained the staff with whom we can quarantee effective service. We are taking care of all machines warranty service and most machines after warranty service. Our own personnels are located in two places; Helsinki and Tampere. In addition to that we are having close co-operation with Savo CNC-Center from Heinävesi and Konecranes Service which is operating nationwide. In map on the right you can see our service locations.
Spare parts
Availability of spares will ensure use value of the investments also in the future. Our spare part service is based on European stock maintained by machine tool manufacturers where the necessary spares can be delivered to Finland within one day in most cases.
Training & Support
Programming is the key to efficient operation of machine tools. Expensive machine is valueless if it can not be operated correctly and efficiently. In additon to the training held at the time of machine startup we are offering further training if necessary.
